Interior Colour: Black

Reg Plate: 199 KYJ

Location: Buderim, Sunshine Coast

My DC2 R is up for sale. I want to get into racing go karts so I have decided to sell my car and buy a go kart and a cheap run about. I only drive this car on the weekends and catch the bus to work. It has 153XXXkms on the body and 23XXXkms on the block. It is in good condition for its age and mechanically A1. It has been mod plated for a two seater because I currently have a C-pillar brace installed and I am unable to have back seat passangers so I decided to take the seat out. I will reinstall the seat soon when I have a chance.

Modifications are as follows;

Engine:
- CP Pistons
- Eagle conrods
- Brand new Drift pod filter and heat sheild
- Short ram intake (heat wrapped)
- Full exhaust, heat wrapped headers, straight through muffler with stainless 2.5 inch stock looking tip)
- Brand new Excedy clutch and light weight fly wheel (1,000km old)
- GFB Light weight crank pully
- VAFCII

Handling:
- Front and rear strut braces
- C-pillar brace
- Front rotors only just been machined and brakes serviced

Misc:
- Legal carbon fiber bonnet
- Brand new lower engine mount
- No air con (supplied upon sale)
- Head unit and speakers not installed but will be supplied upon sale. Will leave them out incase new owner wants to upgrade stereo.
- I have custom mounted the VAFCII where the cd player used to be.
- Wheels painted black (starting to peel, previous owner threw paint straight onto the metal, I have black paint and etch coat ready to be sprayed on)
- Has be dyno tuned at Hi Power Racing. Put down 170hp atw. Dyno sheets. Havent had it on the strip but it will do low 13s.
- Will throw in a front camber kit upon sale

My father owns a mechanical work shop so I have always serviced my car every 5000kms using castrol fully synthetic oil. I am asking for $17000 ono. It is probably the cheapest type R you will find. I have given it a low price because it is a bit tricky to drive around car parks and such due to the big clutch and light fly wheel. Also because the air con is not installed. I believe this is a fair price considering the kms the car and engine have done compared to other DC2s for sale. Will consider swaps for a car worth around 5k with cash my way. I have spent a lot of time and money on this car and it will be a sad day to see her go.

Will post some pics of interia and engine soon.

Please call me on 0401426059 after 6pm week days and any time on the weekends. Please dont text me with offers they will be ignored. Post any questions so others can see.
