			<description>Here I'll be posting a step by step way to paint your rocker cover, which if done right can look pretty freakin sweet. i got these instructions from a guy at kawana autobarn whose a professional painter so if you've got any queries ask for the painter (i think his name is cameron).

3)black FIPG silicone to reseal cover

1. Spraypaint in the color of your choice 

2. Sandpaper, medium grit &amp; fine grit 

3. Plastic Primer (available from the paint shop, supercheap, autobarn etc) 

4. Safety gear (mask, eye protection etc)

6. Masking tape 

7. Clear topcoat (optional)

2x Srap Hinges 100mm, 2x Barrel Bolt locks 



Because we have to remove the trunk lid, we have to remove the wiring loom, just unplug the boot latch wire and number plate lights ang pull out wiring loom through the hole 

 





Mark up where u boot lid arms meet with the lid so its easy to align them again after 

 





Undo the first bolt on each side, make sure u have a second person holding the other side of the lid when undoing the last 2 bolts.
