New Admin (Site Owner)

hey guys, as i have been not on the coast for awhile and i really don't know when i'll be back. I think it is time to past the ownership over to someone else.

The person that'll i'll look at giving it to is someone who is activy someone who arranges cruise, events ect. Someone that wont try completely change the site.

If you think you'll be good at doing this, then either reply here or send me a PM with the following: Why you'll be good? What you'll do to the site? and what every else you feel like.
