the stereo doesnt turn on either. does that have something to do with the ignition?

oh yer i forgot you said that, naw it wouldn't be the igntion barrel..

has to be with the battery man, cause even if the car engine doesn't start the stereo should come on... have you checked all the fuses?

i had a look at a few but i dont know wat im looking for

you know how there is a colored plastic over it, then has a one piece metal thing in the middle...
if it's split means the fuse is fucked

Batteries dont just die, they die really slowly.....

I reckon one of the leads has just come off the terminal or something.

take the leads of, get some sandpaper, sand down the terminals a bit so they arent corroded or anything and then put the leads back on.

yeh i started it the day i told you guys that i had washed the bumper
now nothing ....
